This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the meriah4d. We have written these terms in plain Malay so that every Malaysian player can understand them with ease – not buried in confusing legal jargon.
Welcome to meriah4d. By registering for or using the meriah4d platform at meriah4d.wine, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before making any deposit or placing any bet.
meriah4d reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Registration Process: Registering an account on meriah4d takes less than 2 minutes. You will need to enter your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and create a strong password. Phone number verification via SMS OTP is required to activate your account. Your first deposit and withdrawal may require additional identity verification to ensure account security.
Meriah4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. meriah4d's decisions regarding eligibility are final.
meriah4d supports all major Malaysian payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR (RM) only.

All deposits made into the account meriah4d must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. meriah4d does not accept third-party deposits, and any deposit suspected to be from a third party will be frozen pending verification.
Important Notice: Before your first withdrawal is processed, meriah4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer), including a copy of your Malaysian identity card and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is standard industry practice to protect Members against fraudulent activity. Such requests will be processed within 24 business hours.
Meriah4d is not liable for any payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators, technical failures beyond our control, or where the recipient account details provided by the Member are inaccurate.

VIP Cashback: Daily cashback for meriah4d VIP members not subject to any rollover requirements — it is real money that can be withdrawn directly. 6.3 Welcome Bonus
Welcome bonus meriah4d available to new Members making their first deposit. The bonus amount, percentage, and rollover requirements are as stated on the current promotions page. For the avoidance of doubt, the welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account lifetime and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
VIP Rewards Programme meriah4d consists of four tiers – Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All new Members are automatically placed at the Silver tier upon making their first deposit. Progression to higher tiers is based on cumulative wagering amount within a defined period.

VIP Points: Every RM 10 wagered on meriah4d earns VIP points that accumulate toward tier progression. VIP points do not expire as long as the account remains active. VIP points may only be used for tier progression and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform meriah4d and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:
Meriah4d reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in the prohibited conduct described above. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily frozen. meriah4d will inform the Member of the investigation and provide an opportunity for them to submit an explanation.

11.1 Closure by Member
You may apply to close your account meriah4d at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@meriah4d.wine. Before the closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you once all outstanding rollover requirements have been fulfilled or cancelled.

Meriah4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
11.3 Balance Upon Account Closure
If an account is closed by meriah4d due to a Terms violation, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the Member once the investigation is complete, unless the balance is implicated in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses will not be returned in cases of Terms violations.
Inactive Account: A meriah4d account with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. For inactive accounts, an administrative fee of RM 5 per month may be charged against the account balance after notice has been given to the Member. Accounts with a zero balance will be automatically closed after 18 months of inactivity.
meriah4d provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be free from errors, outages, or delays.
